The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading the order. This product usually ships from Canton, GA within 3-4 weeks by LTL carriers . When your order is shipped, you will be notified of the carrier and the Bill of Lading Number. Someone must be present upon delivery of products. Shipping company will not leave the product unless someone is present to sign for. Recipient must inspect all shipments thoroughly upon receipt. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and notify RonJun eShop or the manufacturer-Gorilla Playsets within 2 business days. DO NOT REFUSE the shipment. Refused shipments will result in additional charges to you. Keep all packaging and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.
